Meet the Beaconsfield family!

As you may have seen we are selling the stunning townhouses at 26-28 Flower Street, Essendon. But this post isn’t about the Fleur Residence its about the developers who put in all the hard work behind the scenes.

The Beaconsfield family currently specialises in developing residential property for owner occupiers. The family takes great pride in its extensive track record as a local property developer and investor.

Now under the management of Peter, Sharon and Michael Beaconsfield, the family continues a long history of innovative boutique projects, collaborating with industry leaders in Melbourne. Howard Beaconsfield commenced the building, development and investment business over 60 years ago in Melbourne. Since then, the family has delivered over 1,000 residential homes across Melbourne, the Gold Coast and Cairns.

The family has exceptionally broad experience and capability across the property industry, with residential experience spanning single-dwelling houses through to high-rise apartments. Mainstone has also developed property in the industrial, commercial, shopping centre, tourism and hospitality sectors. The Beaconsfield family continues to build on its valued commercial relationships to ensure that it delivers a market leading product, every time.
